Bishop's Stortford gets Towie treatment as bar Seven to open The latest addition to Bishop's Stortford's nightlife opened on Saturday, March 11, courtesy of a Towie star. In the latest series of the reality show, TV star and new owner of The Fountain in Station Road, James Lock has been seen casting his eye over the transformation of the premises. Now known as Seven, the new nightspot will be open , giving revellers their first look at the completely remodelled interior following a month-long, £10,000 refit. Ahead of the opening night, manager Moneer Gul has been introducing Seven to the other businesses in Bishop's Stortford and he expected many to join him in toasting the opening. "It's a very friendly town and a nice area to open a business in," he said. "You don't get that in every town."
